Midgery and Lady’s View

The Midge is a tiny ANNOYING insect that swarms around you in wet areas especially when there is no wind.  Yesterday morning we got up early and were treated to this amazing scene, however, we were all literally running from the stinkin’ Midges.  A few of us almost gave up and were on our way to the bus when someone screamed, RAINBOW!  If you look very closely you’ll even see a pot of gold and a leprechaun.

I’m including another  Puffin below too.  Can’t stop looking at those images.

John Wonderful series of photos from Ireland. It seem’s you have had pretty good weather with some great light. Keep the great photos coming.

Ah yes, the midges – since you have to wear bug repellant much of the time while there, I found a natural lotion that’s been perfect. Doesn’t help you now, though! But isn’t art about ‘suffering’ and the story behind what we went through to get the photograph? ha ha. Looks like you’re having fun.

I love puffins!!! You must be all puffed up with joy from this trip, John. May and June are my favorite times to be there.
