Abandoned Iceland

While on the Snaefellsnes Penninsula, we kept driving past this old abandoned home. Of course, most on this trip wanted to photograph the beautiful landscape, but we couldn’t pass up the yummy late night light that was bathing this beautiful old home. So glad we stopped for a few minutes.

John, I just love how you used the word “yummy” to describe the light! It is indeed yummy! Great image! The shapes, the depth, the light and the leading lines in the worn roadway in the grass — all wonderful! Glad you stopped!
