I have to come clean, for a guy who is sometimes referred to as “Skyman,” I missed it. Yup, I missed a really good sky shot. Dan on the other hand nailed it! When he showed me, I almost killed him. Well not really, but pretty darn close! So, when this situation revealed itself on a different day, I made sure to get it. The lesson? I was so focused on capturing wide angle images that I lost track of other possible right answers like a telephoto sky. Always good to be reminded, thanks Dano!

Drama…atmosphere!
Keep keepin’ your eye on the sky, John.
Thanks Steve, I will.
You are welcome, JB! Now if I could only shoot wide angle like Skyman.
The great one makes an appearance on my blog! WOO HOO!!
Beautiful, I love all cloud photos, never say one I didn’t like. Clouds are like trees, all beautiful, kinda like people all different but beautiful, it all depends on what you focus on I guess. No pun intended. lol
Thanks Lou.
I on the other hand am so focused on getting in close, I forget to zoom out for the wide angle shot. Like you, I have a shooting partner who reminds me to look at the world from a different perspective .. encompassing more of the world. Btw, beautiful image.
Thank you Dore’. Yes, we do tend to fall into our comfort zone. And that is not a bad thing really. It is after all the way WE see. That said, I do appreciate the other perspective and the loving reminder to LOOK! 🙂
Beautiful, and thanks for the tip. Always learning from you.
You’re welcome Flint. Thanks for stopping by.
