The mighty oaks draped with spanish moss and surrounded by colorful Azaleas were indeed a sight to behold at Magnolia Gardens.

sure wish I had been able to go to this! Your work is so inspiring and so beautiful – what a fabulous place to have a workshop…Next year!
Thanks Betty. 🙂
Favorite one. All the weight of a mighty oak on one side with outstretched arm across the frame to the delicate azaleas.
Thanks so much Henry.
John… you’re killin’ me. I need to get down there sometime….so many places, so little time…
Glad you’re enjoying them Mark. Yup, a place to be added to your bucket list for sure.
so have to go back…all of your images have made me want to visit again
have to love that Spanish Moss!
Thanks Nancy.
This is my favorite of your series. Everything comes together in this image. The brilliant colors of the azaleas and grass, the shape of the trees and Spanish Moss, and the overall tonality captures the vision and feeling that I had when I was at Magnolia Gardens. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for your kind thoughts Karl.
A keeper.
Nice photo. I was there last week with Tony and Susan. Saw your group there and at the snack bar. Nice shot.

One of my favorites from your Charleston trip.
